In this course devoted to the SIDE KICK we will go over: my hips and groin stretching routine, sturdy body mechanics, different types of side kicks, drills for speed and power, and set ups to make sure you can land your side kicks at will! In my opinion, the side kick is the most underutilized kick in all of the martial arts. Get ahead of the game by making your side kicks something your opponents have nightmares about.

Hi, I’m Sensei Seth!
I literally grew up throwing kicks. It's my favorite thing to talk about, do, think about, its my life (which is kind of sad now that I type this). I was originally taught Okinawan Kempo Karate by my parents around the age of three and then went on to also train in Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu. I also played Football throughout college, so I have an extensive background in understanding body mechanics, leverage and athleticism.
My style is heavily influenced by Karate, with a kick-centric approach, but I learn and teach with an open mind to anything that works!
